To keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract. The costs of return shipment are covered by the buyer.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund the payments received from you without the cost of delivery, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item. We do not accept COD shipments.

The content and condition of the shipped goods must be checked in the presence of the courier. Damage sustained during transport should be reported to RP TRADE GROUP Sp. z o.o. and prepare an appropriate damage report in the presence of the Courier. Only on the basis of this protocol, we can make a complaint about goods damaged during transport to the courier company.
We do not accept any parcels sent to us by cash on delivery. The time for considering the complaint is 14 days from the delivery of the advertised item to RP TRADE GROUP Sp. z o.o.
In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer may request the product to be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement of the product with a new one, if repair or replacement is impossible (due to stock depletion), the Seller will refund the Customer the equivalent of the purchase price. In the event of an unjustified complaint, the Buyer covers the costs of repairing the goods and return shipment.
