ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SELECTION OF A PARTNER FOR JOINT PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
With reference to the open call for partners for joint implementation of a research and development project announced on 10 December 2024 (R&D)
concerning competition No. FEMP.01.01-IP.01-065/24, announced as part of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021–2027 programme,
Priority 1: European Funds for Research and Development and Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.1: Research and Development Projects of Enterprises.
RP TRADE GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ announces the selection of the Partner:
Institute of Mineral Resources and Energy Management, Polish Academy of Sciences
Date of submission of the offer: 02.01.2025.
Total points obtained: 7 points/8 points
The final selection of the partner was made after taking into account all the criteria for the evaluation of the offer and meeting the formal and substantive requirements
specified in the call for tenders.
The bid submitted by the Institute of Mineral Resources and Energy Management of the Polish Academy of Sciences was highly rated in terms of human resources potential, R&D implementation plan
and availability of experts in the field of circular economy and environmental protection.
The selected partner was assessed as meeting all the necessary criteria and having the appropriate competences
and experience in the implementation of projects financed from European funds, with experience in the area of circular economy
and environmental protection.

I. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract is the selection of a partner for the joint implementation of a research and development project within the scope specified by the Małopolska Entrepreneurship Center under
recruitment no. FEMP.01.01-IP.01-065/24, Measure 1.1 Research and development projects
of enterprises, type A. R&D work with preparation for implementation under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027

Project objective:
Conducting research and development (R&D) work and preparing research results for commercial implementation on an innovative tank designed for the construction of septic tanks, treatment plants, and rainwater collection in accordance with the guidelines of the project selection regulations for call no. FEMP.01.01-IP.01-065/24.
Project implementation time: a maximum of 36 months from the signing of the funding agreement.
The project will be implemented in the Małopolska region.
II. SCOPE OF COOPERATION WITH THE PARTNER
We expect the following from our partner:

The partner must meet the conditions specified in the call regulations and be included in the beneficiary list for Measure 1.1.
Proven experience in implementing research and development projects with a value of at least PLN 500,000 gross over the last 5 years.
A research team and infrastructure necessary to implement the project.
The partner must ensure that the planned activities are consistent with the project objective, i.e., the development of innovative technologies, products, processes, or services.
Proven experience in implementing (choose one or more forms) projects/initiatives/training/consulting/conferences in the area of circular economy and environmental protection within the last 5 years.
IV. SUBSTANTIVE CRITERIA FOR PROPOSAL EVALUATION
o Number and qualifications of research team members (0–3 points).
Assessment of the partner’s ability to implement the project based on:
0 points: No research team or inadequate team member qualifications.
1 point: Research team with at least one member possessing appropriate qualifications and experience in R&D.
2 points: Research team with at least two members possessing documented qualifications and experience in implementing research and development projects.
3 points: Research team with at least three or more members with documented qualifications and experience in research and development projects.
o Proposed research and development implementation schedule (0–3 points).
Assessment based on the presented research and development implementation schedule:
0 points: No schedule or a schedule inappropriate for project implementation.
1 point: General schedule, without a detailed breakdown of project stages.
2 points: Detailed schedule, clearly defining key project implementation steps.
3 points: Detailed schedule identifying stages, deadlines, resources, and risks
related to project implementation.
(0–2 points).
Assessment based on the list of experts and their experience in the area of circular economy (CE) and environmental protection:
0 points: No experts with experience in CE and environmental protection.
1 point: One expert with documented experience in implementing projects or activities related to circular economy or environmental protection.
2 points: At least two or more experts with documented experience in implementing projects or activities related to circular economy and environmental protection, possessing appropriate qualifications and achievements in these fields.
Maximum score: 8 points.
V. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
The proposal should include:
Information on the partner’s experience in implementing R&D projects (titles, implementation period, budget).
List of the research team and available technical infrastructure.
A proposed cost estimate for the implementation of activities, broken down into cost categories, consistent with
Appendix No. 4 to the Rules for the Selection of Projects under Call No. FEMP.01.01-IP.01-065/24
A declaration of the entity’s eligibility and compliance with the competition rules.
VI. DEADLINE AND METHOD FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS
Proposals should be submitted by: January 2, 2025

The submitted documents should be prepared in Polish and signed by a person authorized to represent the institution in accordance with the provisions contained in the registration document or a person authorized by the Bidder, in accordance with the attached power of attorney.
VII. FINAL REMARKS
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to:
Negotiate the terms of cooperation with the selected partner.
Final select one partner to implement the project.
Conclude a partnership agreement with the selected Partner, and in the event of circumstances preventing the conclusion of a partnership agreement with the selected Partner,
conclude a partnership agreement with the next highest-rated entity.
Change the content of the open call announcement, with each change
A candidate for Partner may submit only one offer in response to this recruitment announcement.
The recruitment results cannot be appealed.
The recruitment results will be communicated electronically.
